SESAME SEED 300g
Description
The sesame seeds are very nutritious.
It helps reduce blood cholesterol levels mainly due to its content in lecithin (unsaturated fatty acid).
Lecithin dissolves fats and prevents their adhesion to the walls of the arteries.
Contributes to regulate and improve bowel function due to the fiber content they have.
Excellent source of vegetable protein for vegans to incorporate to a habitual diet.
Mode of use:
- Drink or vegetable milk of sesame: beat 100 grams of sesame seeds (previously soaked in water for 6 to 8 hours) with 1 liter of water.
Strain and add stevia, cinnamon, cardamom or other natural sweeteners.
It can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days.
- Ground or crushed: Grind only the amount of sesame that you are going to consume at that moment because otherwise the oil they contain becomes rancid and loses its properties.
