Mode of use:
Put to soak in a glass with water, juice or other drink, for 5-10 min.
Moisture contact will create the appearance of a mucilage around the seed.
It can also be consumed with milk, vegetable drinks, yogurt, salads, fruits, sauces, soups, creams, vegetables, etc. or in recipes to make cookies, energy bars or pastries.
